Cory began purchasing real estate in 1994. Since then he has owned, bought and sold land,
commercial real estate, multi-family investment properties, single family homes and
condominiums. In addition he has performed extensive work in land development, new
construction, commercial development and roadway construction, included but not limited to
advising, obtaining project approvals, site planning/management and complete site

Lane, Candia, all in New Hampshire. Cory currently holds a NH Real Estate salesperson
license, as well as a NH Lead abatement contractor’s license.
