This is a seasonal camp you are only purchasing the park model home, there is a seasonal fee assessed every year that you stay which varies from site to site, the campground can help determine what the yearly fee would be for 2024. Current owners just had a truck load of wood delivered at the end of the 2023 season which will be left for the new owners.
