In addition, we pull reports from the Landlord Connection to review your rental history in the Manchester area (credit reports are only required for duplexes, townhouses, houses and as noted on our listing sheet). Evictions: Please note that applications are automatically denied for prior evictions per our management guidelines. 3. Once we have completed processing your application, all of the information gathered is reviewed by Peloquin and the landlord of the apartment for which you applied. 4. If your application is denied, we will call you with the reason(s). Please Note: It is possible to be approved by Peloquin, but not by the landlord of the apartment for which you applied, depending upon their additional criteria. In that case, you may be eligible to choose a different apartment through us. 5. Once you are approved for an apartment, you must give us the appropriate deposit (Cash or Money Order) in order for us to hold it for you. 6. You will receive the keys to your apartment when the lease
is signed by all applicants and the first full-month’s rent is paid
